The Power of Embracing Failure

The team the team in Milwaukee didn't survive the research it event it split but I have to say I find and I know Darrell does as well this fact stimulating because if we embrace our failures there's an opportunity of learning. If we just continue to do more of the same shifting these deck chairs around constantly whether it's tapping or finger waving or empathy even then we're not going to get anywhere so there is cause for celebration sometimes.
