The Death of Oscar Wilde

It's kind of a mystery. I think part of it had to do with his sexuality because he was always being sent off to the outpost of Empire where dubious characters congregated. And since I can't trace the exact moment when he went from just crimes like gross and decency and so on to stealing and card sharpening, I can't put my finger exactly on how it started. But I know that he was out there where men were sent away who had lots of ambition and drive and where they were far from regular authorities.
