How to Reduce Boredom in a Meeting

If you see somebody getting bored, that means your meeting is probably too big. You need to shrink it. Have a point, get to it and then call it and move on. I definitely have worked in places where they were just bringing everybody in the department into a meeting. And it was usually so counterproductive because people would almost just argue to be heard as opposed to trying to come up with a good solution to something.
