The Importance of Slow Meditation
Take your time finding a comfortable position, either lying down or sitting upright. First and foremost, we want to ground down. Notice how it feels to inhale. How it feels to exhale. And then let your breath be natural. Meeting the breath where it's at,. Whether it's shallow and consistent on steady, maybe the breath is deep and steady. You might even feel as if time slows down as you land into stillness.
