Apple is relying on good actors, both wanting to do the right thing and responsible individuals trying to make sure that they're not gonna have problems with Apple later. But for the most part, all the app review rules are very often pinky swear based. So in cases like this, you gotta look and see why couldn't they make a technical barrier to this? What, why did this thing have to be a pinky swear method instead of a technical barrier that would actually just enforced by the system, period?
