Why Do I Need to Care About Michael Jackson?

A similar thing happened with my mom she was a die-hard fan of Michael Jackson and her youth. She had a poster of him that she still has to this day but when the whole thing came out about how he was like totally creeped, she's like you know what I'm not gonna listen to him ever again mind you. A friend another friend of ours mentioned like Kanye West and how he's like super problematic like a different level of problematic but his music is good. It's hard when people you look up to or like really admire and like do something wrong and you can't excuse it.
