Lunch is still the biggest meal of the day in palestinian calture. There's always little sides and things that really just excite the senses. I don't think people are familiar with these recipes, as is part of your culture. You call them meat pies or spinish pies or potato pies. And i would say the constant is abundance, always abundant and generous and more than you could possibly need.
