Emotions can't be captured by words, right? And so we put simple tags on it. But they're not the reality. Our moods and emotions are a kind of a physical thing. So certain chemicals are released in our body. That anger, particularly, is like a hormone that goes into our chest and creates this anger response. It's adictive like any kind of drug.
