How to Balance the Needs of Stakeholders and the End User

Nicole: I often find myself trading off between the priorities of our users and what we think are the most important problems to solve for them but still trying to deliver on all of these things. So it's quite a complex calculus at the end of the day and I have no secrets for it. There is just exactly as you referenced it's a diplomacy it's really trying to be that strong advocate for your user and your business and bringing that together where can maybe be one plus one equal three. Find those opportunities as opposed to compromises.
