What Is the Difference Between Awakening and Conscious Experience?

The cereballum contains about three quarters of all the neurons in your brain. You can do without a cerebellum and you will be conscious. There are parts of the brain that, if they are damaged, then you will lose consciousness irreversibly and forever. It's almost as if they're acting as on off switches rather than where the consciousness happens.
