Famines are caused by all these factors. And weu don't wan to put people out of work, and of course, people have to eat. The trouble with this one that's dealing with the over fished, over exploited parts of the world is that there no clear start date or stop date. There can be some very complex issues when it comes to solving a problem such as famine. But you won't see this written well in the wicopelia table, under the heading 'famines', because they're just so bad.
