Breathing Compassion in and Out
Many of our colleagues are giving like crazy these days and having a hard time finding time or the space to be able to give to themselves. So i'll stop talking, and i'm going to guide you into meditation that harnesses this breathing compassion in and out in a way that we can actually use it in real time. This is an exercise, so to speak, in breathing under water. You need to breathe under water when you're caring for someone who's pouring their heart out to you. And then some point you run out. You do. You hit the wall. You can't give any more.You burn out.
