How Does Stress Affect Memory?
Weight gain is directly linked to insulin levels. Insulin level spike, fat deposits, obesity, weight, all that is related to high insulin levels and spikes. When the stresses continued over a significant period of time, our neurons can atrophy, which impairs our memory whereas other neurons grow, which tends to enhance fear, not what we want. So being in charge of what we think and being deliberate about what we focus on is so, so, so important.
