The Natural Benefits of Prayer
Prayer of the righteous is incredibly effective. It has great power, great power. If you don't believe in god, your thankfulness is just you shouting to the wind. I'm totally off topic here. This is a rant. My point is that's not the point of prayer. Prayer is not beneficial because of all these little natural benefits of being alone with your thoughts,. The same benefits you might have if you practised mindfulness te the secular person's prayer.
