The State Needs to Take a Very Strict Stande on the Consumption of Drugs or Alcohol

There is such a strong underlying in a moral argument made whenever we talk about or ino prohibition policies. A lot of arguments are made on the basis of fighting it as a sin. So when you license and essential evil, it is considered to be an evil in itself.
