How India Property Management Controlled Costs in the Inflationary Environment
Roland Martin: The biggest struggle is probably not even controlling timelines nowadays as much as it is controlling costs, especially labor costs with construction. One of the things that we've started doing over the years to kind of drive returns that we felt were above market is that we were doing gut renovations of 1950s and 60s buildings. He says they're using their base of subcontractors to self perform a handful of those trades.
