I think I'm organised and this is something that has been fed back to me from quite a young age through school as well. Pragmatic is another term that I would sort of use to describe myself. My family have a history of being very unemotional, so we can deal with tricky situations without emotions. I try not to take myself too seriously and have a laugh at yourself. Being able to have a laugh along the way really helps,. And I just love being part of a team.
