Getting Involved Early in the Process Is So Important
I really think that I love to get involved early and if I can't I hope they others get involved early who have the experience with a certain candidate because it does make a world of a difference down the line. If your first five cases or so of your you know ultimate 20 25 can be with actual and be be consultants right? This can mean potentially someone who let's say received an offer for a summer did their summer and on the second year that he'd say that worse as well but people who've had true exposure I think it makes a world-of-a-difference.
