She kept a memoir did old georgina which i was very excited by when i discovered it. She started writing this thing in the late 1970s when she was in her 90s and things were not going well at home so she wrote this memoir longhand obviously and then she tore it up and put it down sink. It's an amazing document the 20 odd pages that survive are remarkable they're so sharp and they're so accurate and her memory was amazing. The stuff she was cooking was very much Edwardian nouveau riche so if you can mold it you mold it if it looks like what it started off you see Rome just as kind of fiddling because
