I think for the, for the person receiving it, it's really hard because as you know our caller and some other folks have said today we're trying really hard to recognize that someone's struggling right now. We hope people are going to be there for us and we want to give that to them. But you do have to find polite ways of setting boundaries. I've had one caller who tried to set a boundary or tried to approach a boundary and got cut off for two years so it can feel really dangerous to do it. And we have to remember that we can only control our own actions, not the actions and actions and reactions of other people.
