I think one of the things people haveif there's kind of a big practical takeaway from this discussion, for me, is that i definitely used to try and put too much into a session. And then, as a result, what would end up doing is, you know, it would be quite a broad amount of content but it wouldn't be very deep in terms of learning. So what i've learnt to do in my planning is to, is, is to be much more, to have far less stuff in the session, much more adaptation within the session,.
