The Role of Remote Experts in 3D Telemedicine
Kwame Ogunlesi: The focus on medicine these days is to take out individual bias in how we're going to treat a particular patient. With an MDT or multidisciplinary team, you'd ideally have members from each of these specialties in a room at a time discussing individual patients and deciding what's best for them. He says with this system, the patient can see it as well as the clinician. "This is another application which just crosses boundary borders and gives us so much more scope"
