The Soviet Union's Famine

By 1933, famine has spread across a vast area from Ukraine to western Siberia. Though the death toll is somewhere between five and ten million, Stalin forbids any official mention of what's really happening. While collectivization accelerates, so does industrialization. Plans are made to forge a new national landscape by developing regions like Siberia and Central Asia.
