How Do You Think About Feeding and Fasting?

Eating in a kind of eight to ten our window seems to be optimal. And then we're fasting the other the other hours. I actually was eating, you know, more than 12 hours a day because i would get home late and work out late. There's not necessarily one diet that i recommend. We all have different environmental tors and backgrounds and genetics. But there are certain genetic variations that can point us in one direction or another as an individual. So just because they don't like lots of saturated fat doesn't mean those people shouldn't try it.
