The Importance of Russia's Nuclear Weapons Base
The westernmost part of Russia is a strategically important place for Russia. It's heavily militarized and has tens of thousands of troops based there. The population can hear the Free Press, but it's not supposed to because outlets that are officially allowed to exist toe the official Kremlin line. However, with a bit of technical trickery, such as virtual private networks it is still possible to access independent websites.
