How Do Trend Lines Differentiate From the Regular Trend Line Set?
Dave Wise, who I trade with, he's a fantastic trader. He discovered that if you take trend lines and you start them at very high volume candles, that it ties it into the institutional side of buying or selling. So we call those algo lines. They have to start with a candle that is a daily candle that has volume over the 50 day moving average. The ones that start off high volume candles and have the most number of touches along them and so on, we call algo Lines. Those are the lines that it seems stocks respect time and time again.
