The Avatar - A Mental Model for Growing a Successful Coaching Business

The first thing that I always tell anybody who comes to me for some sort of consulting with their business is I ask them, you know, who's your avatar? Because I think that's where it all starts. It's really understanding who you're serving and understanding them deeply enough that you can speak in their language. And so again, that's like the first step. You want to understand where exactly is your avatar congregating, right? Like, where can you go and find them? Every market is different, but it's important to be able to list that out,.
