The Limitations of AI

I don't see how you could think you could control it other than like pulling the plug on the electricity or something. The limitation right now what gives me confidence that it's not going to get out of control at least now is that it does rely on the high quality training content from human knowledge. And therefore at the moment it can attain a level of super intelligence by having all the intelligence of the world but I can't see how then it develops runaway super intelligence because it's somewhat limited by our knowledge of the world.
