How to Understand Your Customers Better

There was a book on the show quite recently by Alan Adamson called Seeing the How. It had to do with understanding your customers better, which you talk about in chapter 15. And he talks about how at one point years ago, they were researching people for a chain of pizza restaurants in the U.S. and all these people seem to have a lot of loyalty. You know, if any of you are listening and thinking that I'm wrong, I'd encourage all of your listeners to think about a company that they believe they're really loyal to.
