Donna Brazile: We're always led to believe that we have to be in this deficit, right? And what happens to a woman who's consuming 1,100 calories a day or 1,000 calories a day is too little for almost anyone. She says she likes to reverse diet people and see if the body acclimates; most of the time it does. Brazile: Sometimes there are cases where people just aren't going to adapt to the nutrition process. But I think a big promise if you're one of these people listening to this talk show is they'll get better.
