Scaling a Business

Once you get to scale then it's about optimizing. It's about thinking about measurement frameworks, hiring and making sure that you can cope with multiple products. The best companies growing the fastest have more than 20 percent of their new revenue coming from their existing install base by selling them different add-ons or an upsell whether that's increased volume etc. Multi-product companies have between 30 and 50 percent higher growth rates so when you get to any level of scale having other things you can sell the same customer is really critical.
