Jesus Cleans a Leper

He healed many who were sick with various diseases and cast out many demons. He would not permit the demons to speak because they knew him. A leper came to him begging him and kneeling said to him, if you will, you can make me clean. And immediately the leper see left him and he was made clean. Some of the scribes were sitting there questioning in their hearts, why does this man speak like this? It is blasphemy. Who can forgive sins but God alone? Jesus then asked them: "Why do you question like this in your hearts?"
