Listening Is the Heart and Soul of Engagement
I try my best to be a good listener, but I still spend half my listening time working on my response. And that in a way is the toughest part of it, toughest part of all. One potential word of advice to our listeners would be one way to listen is to allow a person to say something and then say, you know what, I'm not going to respond immediately because I want to really listen to what you're saying.
