They don't not by any definition of choice that I'm aware of,. A choice is a selection between available options. Do the reprobate who Christ did not die for have the available option of being saved? No, do they have the availableoption of believing in God? No, their condition from birth is such that they could not want to believe in God or trust in him. And they have no control over that. How do you call that a choice by any definition
