Is There a Power Dilemma?

A lot of childhood bullying happens over things like being gay, or too effeminate for men, or being too masculine for girls. Bullying uses the logic of the surrounding society. So if you live in a hierarchically stratified supremacy society, the inter personal logic of domination and bullying is going to pick and choose. I wonder if in the theoretical future, utopian society, where everything isn't perfect, but it's kind of as good as it could be, whether there would be bullying over the values of that society.
