The NTSB's Investigation of the DC 9 Accident
The NTSB believes that a nearly complete and unintentional reversal of command roles took place in the cockpit of the DC 9 shortly after taxing began. The captain asked the first officer if he was experienced with this airport's operations. The first officer responded with yes, but post accident. That's just like being in that moment.
