Mental creation is the thought that precedes physical creation. Emotional creation is when it goes from a thought to a belief thinking to feeling to knowing. People rarely visualize and think about their future self because they don't have very much imagination what they do. Usually people don't create the goals that they want because even though they can maybe visualize it one obvious challenges is that people don't visualize very much, he says.
