The Importance of Goal-Oriented Behavior in Software Development
There's a lot more we're definitely making more kind of yeah goal oriented in the sense of it being more directed and purposeful and almost mindful. Yes, as we're working as a team. It's almost sometimes like I think, obviously there are many dynamics at play here in terms of you know how business in the past has kind of tried to push the software development but also not enough openness from software developers to actually listen and then have deeper conversations with business. The idea that we need to to learn insight and that's only going to happen when people are more open to to ask for help and to ask for collaboration.
