How to Debug Elixir Code

The documentation for Elixir is very technical. It's hard to read because it assumes that you know a lot of this stuff. The first thing that I tried to have was an IDE that could debug a little circle for me. We do have some extensions for VS code, but none of them really work flawlessly. That's why I went for the debugger and stuff.
