The Importance of Soft Power in Africa

If there is this narrative that Africa is such a corrupt place, to do business and that you have no choice but to be corrupt, that itself becomes a self-fulfilling prophecy. So the situation isn't only that this kind of information should be disclosed. That is very important, but there should also be some kind of follow-up of that to pull these people out of power or to pull them out of society in some kind of way. It's been incredibly difficult to get the Zuma era officials and former prisoners in Zuma himself. They throw one kind of diversionary tactic after another at the courts.
