Lack of Financial Controls, SEC Lawsuit, and Allegations of Securities

Yesterday the SEC sued Binance and CZ. Today, the SEC sued Coinbase. As Blockchain Association's Jake Chervinsky put it, it's pretty clear that SEC Chair Gensler is going for a strategy of "banning by enforcement."
