The Judiciary Philosophy of Justice Jackson

Gorsuch's op-ed was an advisory opinion, which we love here. I know other people think the judges should be writing less of this stuff. We at this podcast are all for it but also like the long oral arguments that no one else likes. Boy, I have been fascinated by some of these non-ideological decisions on their face.
