How Do Horses Communicate?

Horses are a bit more subtle than dogs, for example. Mostly the happiness is not as easily detectable. If they have their ears pricked forward or listened to your voice, then they turn their ears into the direction of where your voice is coming from. It's just important that you really read the whole horse because it's so subtle. That's just something you learn about observation and experience.
