Ask yourself, ok, what if god came down and asked me to make a trade? If you suffer this well, and don't lose your emper i will take all that grace and apply it somewhere where you want. That is how spouses are supposed to heal their spouse, is by taking the wounds their spouse caused, causes them, and offering it for them. So in enduing, enduring what others cause us, let's think about ourselves. What can i do for others? Maybe i've got again, those negative thought patterns, those negative speech patterns. Start thinking, maybe they didn't do this on purpose to hurt me, right? And some people are just witty by nature
