Inflation Expectations Are Going to Be a Big Part of That
Jim Bianco: The Fed is going to keep watching financial conditions very closely, especially over the next six months. I think they recognize that when long-term interest rates come down, it undoes some of their rate hike activity. And until we see it, not just hit 2%, but hit inflation persistently at 2%. They have wiggle room to manage expectations and financial conditions are going to be a big part of that.
