A craving is a story that you're telling yourself about what something means. So for example, let's say that you wake up every morning and you make a piece of toast. But then you read a book that convinced you that grain is the devil. And so now you walk into the kitchen and you see the same loaf of bread, but suddenly it means something different. You have a different story in your mind about what that is. Now you think, oh, this is unhealthy, I should stay away from this. It can be tough because just readings about something once might not change like a lifetime of evidence and experience for that.
