The Challenges to the Military
Every time i went to an installation in afghanistan, the platoon leader or platoon sergeant would be the son or daughter of one of my friends. Now what that meant was the military, to a great degree, the leadership has become a family business. But that's not really good because the military is not broadly representative of all american population. All zip codes are not represented in the military to the degree i think they should be.
