The 50 Thousand Volt Electric Double Fence
The 50 thousand volt electric double fence that wrings the entire base of the hills can be seen snaking over a distant rise. Over the years, base security has found a few people tangled in the fence or crumpled next to it. The mountain is covered with what looks from a distance like pieces of broken plate glass mirrors littering the hillside. In all probability, these are devices to foil satellite and aerial photography, and perhaps even ground penetrating radar.
