Do You Really Care About Your People?
A lot of people don't gete a shit about the people they work with, but know that the best way to get the best out of them is to be like, i really care about you. I've actually increased oothe respect i have for what my colleagues are doing, because i can now see into it a little bit. What's been amazingly remote in our company is evernli op. It's sort of up to me. No one's checking up on me. And and so i need, i need to get it done, and then being able to share some excitement, because it's quite lonely a being remote.
