Cobernets - Is Gateway PI a Component of the Future?

gatewayapi is really the first major set of a p that is defined outside of corps with rds. We're trying to make sure cubernetes itself is modular. Not every cluster needs routing, not every cobernett's, instance, needs this kind of l severn alpor routing capability. I think for most clusters in future, gateway p i may just be a default that comes bundled with many providers but not everyone will need it. So they may turn it off.
